Here it is, the latest issue of Another Dream.

It’s wonderful, isn’t it. That feeling when you can accomplish and finish something that you made by your own mind and hands, your own "creation". And then, having other people read and even reviewing it… Truly embarrassing, yet at the same time, it’s warm and satisfying.

Etymologically, doujin means "Partners who share same loves and aspirations" (quoted from Comic Party). And in this context, I think it’s really wonderful to have partners to give critiques and help you improve. Because the current quality is not enough and we human must not be satisfied with stagnancy! Keep pushing those boundaries!

Maybe I’m a bit sentimental today, because finally my first mock exam has finished and we can take a breath for a moment. There’re another three mock exams before we get into the actual state exam (in May), so we still have a long and thorny road to go.

Hmm, and instead sleeping all day at home, tomorrow I must go to the town main post office to take a HUEG gift… (Not really sure about how big it is, though).

I’ve been slacking off from editing lately… It’s because I’m going to submit a doujin for AD3, haha~ The title will be "Usually it Doesn’t Turn Out Like This" and only 12-pages long and still in mechanical pencil and I don’t ink it and this is the first time I’ll use screentones in a doujin, so expect it to be a bit half-assed.

Anyway, moving on. Thanks to Wong, I get this awesome new tool, Painter X! It only took about three days for me to fall in love with it. For a serious piece of illustration, it’s definitely better than SAI. But still… SAI has it’s own uniqueness in term of simplicity and efficiency (mostly because I have more chance to fool around with Painter, haha). Haven’t use it for a while after the trial period expired, though. D:

Yes, I did forget and just utterly embarassed to make a post like this. OTL. But as Wong said, it’s still Valentine until 29! And because I’m too retarded to say anything, I hope this is enough to… (well, you’ve seen it anyway so I know it’s kinda pointless. Yeah, I’m that idiot).

Also, lately I’ve been drawing Marisa without hat, but it’s completely irrelevant.

Sleep properly! Don’t do an all-nighter like that too often! Because one idiot here is worrying about you and your health. OTL I just hope you’re doing well with your life. I kinda miss our time talking and playing games together. Also.. I’ll finish the fairytale once this jobs are done, so… *cough* please wait for me. And shit, what am I doing with this paragraph, I’m really helpless. OTL OTL OTL.

My plan to start cleaning up my doujinshi queue this week was successfully ruined.

At 16 February 2008, the third year in my high school held a musical play to raise funds for our yearbook. The preparation was chaotic because we tried to make everything work in the last minute. Plus, some of our teachers opposed this plan and were intimidating us because the third grader “are supposed to study”. But the show still went on!

12/02 : Called a lot of people to take care of the curtain and lighting. Scolded by a teacher because my uniform “was not tidy enough”. Almost gotten into a fight.

13/02 : The play’s coordinators (students) were called by principal and were interogated.

14/02 : Bloody Valentine. Had chemistry and physics tests. Preparation in school, started to sketching hall decoration with the team.

15/02 : The Day -1. Everyone panicked, sweared a lot, some boys stayed over at school to take care of properties. Went back home at 11.30 PM.

16/02 : The Day. Sweared a lot more, screamed a lot more, and was laughing and smiling a lot lot more. Hugged everyone. =D =D. HUGE SUCCESS!! We managed to gather Rp13.600.000 + 20 Thailand baht (about U$1500)!! Man, that’s A LOT! No one ever thought that it’s going to be huge like this! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I think I still carried over by the mood~ The look of the site also changed a lot, and (finally) added the “about” page there~

The modified date in my "Koumakyou I" folder said that I started doing it at 10 February 2007… Whoa! Another year has passed until finally I can start working on the second book.

Yet, even now when I re-read the first book before started editing the second one, there’s still that strong fire.. that burning emotion.. overflowing throughout the pages.

Especially because in this Latter Part where everything comes full circle in one finale. Plus, this book also serves as the closing curtain for the whole battle doujin series that Chado did before his Yukari VS Ran series now.

With that being said, YOSH! I WILL BREAK THROUGH ALL THOSE DUST, SPEEDLINES REDRAWS, JOINT PAGES, AND OH GOD THOSE NARROW SPEECH BUBBLES! GONNA BEAT ‘EM ALL!

Oh, I’ll also work on the continuation of Mizutaki’s Yagokoro Syndrome, Time of The Full Moon.

For those who’ve never heard of it, I seriously recommend you to read Yagokoro Syndrome. It’s the best interpretation of Kaguya/Eirin relationship I’ve ever seen. And the drama. Thanks to Nietz who’ve brought the translation for us.

And then, recently the scanlation team just got one new helpless slave editor, Peksu. Yaay~ *clap**clap**clap**clap*

On Wednesday January 30th after having a biology and disastrous mathematic tests, I was entering my home with a gloomy face, asking my sister if there was a package for me.

Her answer made me jump almost immediately, “Yeah, there’s a package for you from Germany. How the hell did you get that?”

I screamed “YEEEAAHAAHAHAHAAAAAHHHHH!!” and then ran upstairs to my room to found..

KYAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! XDXDXDXDXDXDXD IT CAAAAMMEE!! THEY REALLLY CAAAMMEEE!!! I WAS NOT DREAAAMIIINGG!!! XDXDXD

LOOK AT THOSE SMOOTH, METALLIC COVER! SABOTAGE AND ESCAPE, FANBOOK 10 AND 11 BY AKI EDA-SAMA ARRIVED TO MY HOOUSEE!!!! WAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAAAA!!!! I FEEEL SO GREAAT AND SUPER HAAAAPPPPYYYY! OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOO!!!

A.. AND! THIS IS HER OWN BOOK! WHERE SHE PUT ALL OF HER FEELINGS AND ABILITES TO MAKE! NOT LIKE SSIB! UWAAAAAAAAAA!!!

I.. I was seriously happy at that time. I think I shed some tears but I’m afraid the books will get dirty so I put them back on their plastics before crying happily. OTL. I guess I’m really helpless when it’s about things like this. Plus! This is my first package from overseas! XD.

Now, let me bow deeply and say my deepest thank you to the ReimuXMarisa fanatic out there, FM!

Without him I’ll never get a hold of these wonderful books… And they’re truly super wonderful! Especially ESCAPE! XDXD. And he even went all out with the padded envelope and all… Waw.

Again, my gratitude for you, FM. You’re the man!

Then, unfortunately, it… is impossible to scan ESCAPE without damaging the book (especially the cover), so I’ll never do it.
