My Sai 1.0.0 trial will expire in a few days, so now I’m trying to use Painter more. Especially for the background and additional effects. But… something’s still not right in my eyes. Man, I wish I can colour pictures like this artist (the site contains some NSFW).

The old one has no right lens anymore and the position of the frames has been crooked horribly. Because of that, I haven’t used a glasses for about a year and lived in a blurry world until the new one come today, ohohoho~

Also, I’ve finished the draft (storyline, name, etc) for AD 4 entry. Now I’m entering the sketching phase. But the problem is, it still has no title…

It’s about the Moriya family, btw.

I’m quite happy with the colouring of this one :D. I always thought that colouring something is my weakness - mostly because I’m too lazy to do it. It’s really hard to keep the colour in line!

#2 is my experiment with Painter X, using grainy colored pencil 3. If only Painter is not THAT slow when used… I want to explore more of it features.

Last but not least, Solamarle, one of the beloved translator of Gaku-Touhou just gained one more year in his life record two days ago (3/15). Happy belated birthday!

It was raining today.

My sister found a cat.

She brought it home.

We just met today at 5 PM when I came back from school. Of course, I went all "Uwaaaannn~ So cuutee~" and immediately took pictures of it. It was really difficult to take a decent picture because it just kept running away here and there.

But then, the most saddening moment was when I bowed down to pat it, it attacked me right away.

It went after my school tie, and RAWR, bite it! So moe <3

We don’t know how to check a cat’s gender, so we assumed that it is a female because it has a short tail. And so I called her Remilia Because her ears are pretty big compared to her head, just like vampire’s wings (totally irrelevant).

For our last semester in high school, we will have four mock exams before the final graduation test. One for each month, all the way from February until May. These times are hell. So last Sunday, to celebrate the end of our first mock exam, we held a mini billiards tournament with nine-balls rule. 12 people participated, three tables were booked, and the losers treated the top four for steak.

Unfortunately, I lost at my third round. D: I began the game smoothly from ball 1 until 3, then he shooted ball 4 until 6, we both failed a few times for ball 7, then finally he cleared it up until 9. He became the winner for the tournament, so I think I lost with proud, haha.

In the same Sunday, I played my first three players mahjong with Trefle and Jiu. To be honest, it felt a bit wrong… Good hands came so easily! And I got two seven pairs:

Ruka said this is because it had no dora. But still, even though it has no dora, I never expect the score to be this low… I always thought it would give a good >10.000. Looks like I must learn the rules better.

Yukarin is scheming… (Long fingers are looong).

The humankind have surprised me again, with how they think and act in an unimaginable way. It’s crazy and beyond logical thinking. And coincidentally, there’re a lot of people like that in our beloved channel, the #gensokyo.

This is the story. It looked like lately, my works of editing were “not leveled properly”. According to a certain manager, there were white spots everywhere and the scans is not crisp enough, which made me confused, because it looked fine for me.

This kind of thing happened a few times, and before I knew it, they made my previous computer desk :

In short, some insane person there namely Halbarad, Rukaroa, Solamarle, and Wong sent me a monitor. A FREAKING HUGE 20″ MONITOR THAT’S EVEN LARGER THAN MY TV. OTL OTL OTL OTL OTL OTL OTL OTL.

Another thing is, after I calculated the price and shipping costs etc, it’s worth 180x my weekly income! How can I live up for this!?!?!? WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Putting my genuflects aside, I’m happy and touched beyond words ;_; But it’s embarrassing to cry in the post office (where I took this monitor), isn’t it… OTL. Can’t stop grinning profusely for the rest of the day, I took off the top of that computer desk while my sister stared at me with odd looks and asked if I robbed a bank to get that or used someone else’s credit card to buy this over the internet or something.

My thank you from the depth of my heart to you, my crazy friends. I really owe you guys for this one. OTL. You’ve made my whole internet life bigger with this. OTL.
